- Garden Charge (2.15 Baht per sqm): This provides a gardener for up to 1.5 hours per day, six days a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

While residents have the option to opt out of the pool and garden charges and manage their own cleaning and gardening, the security, shuttle service, and common area charge is mandatory.
